Who we are
This site is operated by Lidwell, a sourcing desk for food containers, packaging and storage boxes and a FULVERA sourcing brand. Our operating office is at Room 1304, Building 16, Yuehua Garden, Yalin Future Community, Huangtian Street, Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Data you send through the inquiry form
When you use the quote form or the contact page, we receive the information you enter:
- company name;
- your name;
- email address;
- WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it;
- the product line you are interested in;
- your message, including any quantities, sizes or destination market you describe.
This data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for Lidwell. We use it only to answer your inquiry and to follow up on the program you describe: matching models, preparing samples and quotations, and keeping a record of the conversation so that a repeat order does not start from zero. We do not sell inquiry data, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing lists. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the form; it is not needed for a sourcing inquiry.
Visit data and statistics
The site uses a third-party statistics script, the ustat.js analytics service, to understand how pages are used. When you load a page, that service receives visit data such as the page address, the referring page, the time of the visit, browser and device type, approximate location derived from the IP address and similar technical information. We use these statistics in aggregate to see which pages are read and where the site can be clearer. We do not use them to identify individual visitors. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure also processes technical request data needed to deliver pages and protect the site.
Cookies
Cookie use on this site is minimal. The site does not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The statistics service may use a small identifier to count visits. Details are on the cookie policy page.
Sharing, retention and security
Inquiry data is shared only where it is needed to answer your request, for example when the desk passes the specification of a program to a partner plant to prepare a sample or quotation. In that case we share the technical details of the program and keep your contact data to the minimum required. Data is kept for as long as the inquiry or the program is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support repeat orders, then deleted or anonymised on request or when no longer needed. Access is limited to the people working on your program.
Your choices
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the inquiry data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to mark@fulveraglobal.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law; tell us which right you wish to use and we will respond within a reasonable time.
