What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage or a small identifier set by a script, work in a comparable way. They can remember settings, keep a form working or let a statistics service count visits. This policy covers cookies and these similar technologies together and applies to the Lidwell site, operated by Lidwell, a FULVERA sourcing brand.
Our approach: minimal use
The site is built to work without tracking. Pages are static, product drawings and cut sheets load without any login, and the quote form sends your inquiry without requiring an account. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
Cookies and similar technologies in use
| Type | Purpose | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Deliver pages securely, protect the form against abuse, remember a language choice where used | This site and its hosting infrastructure |
| Statistics | Count visits and page views in aggregate | Third-party analytics service (ustat.js) |
| Advertising | Not used | None |
Strictly necessary items are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. The statistics script receives visit data such as the page address, referrer, time of visit, browser and device type and approximate location derived from the IP address, and may set a small identifier so that repeat views are not counted as new visitors. We use the results in aggregate to see which pages buyers read, for example the product lines or the material guide, and where the site can be clearer. We do not use statistics to identify individual visitors.
How to control cookies
You can control cookies in your browser settings: view the cookies stored, delete them, block third-party cookies or block all cookies for this site. Most browsers also offer a private mode that clears cookies when the window closes. Blocking the statistics identifier does not affect how the site works. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop the quote form from sending. Browser help pages explain the steps for each browser and device. Settings apply per browser, so repeat them on each device you use to visit the site.
Changes and contact
If we add a new type of cookie or a new service, we will update this page before it is used, and the table above will show it. The version published here is the one that applies. For questions about cookies or the data they carry, write to mark@fulveraglobal.com or use the contact page. How inquiry data is stored and used is set out in the privacy policy, and the general terms for using the site in the terms of use.
