Terms of use document beside food container samples on a kraft paper desk

About this site

This site is operated by Lidwell, a sourcing desk for food containers, packaging and storage boxes and a FULVERA sourcing brand. Lidwell works direct with vetted partner plants and coordinates programs on behalf of buyers; it is not a manufacturer. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Content is informational

The pages, guides and notes on this site are provided for general information to help buyers plan container and packaging programs. They describe typical materials, processes, standards and reference figures. They are not an offer, a contract, a specification for your order or legal, regulatory, tax or customs advice. Regulations such as FDA 21 CFR, EU 1935/2004 and 10/2011, GB 4806 and the FTC Green Guides change and apply differently to each product and market; confirm the position for your product with your test lab, customs broker or counsel.

Reference sizes, capacities and gram weights come either from partner plant models, measured by hand and checked against the physical sample, or from common public listing sizes for the category. Case studies are illustrative and anonymous. Supplier statements, such as a stated temperature range, remain the supplier's statements until tested on your sample.

Quotes, MOQ, lead times and specifications

Minimum order quantities, sample times, lead times and transit times shown on the site, including on MOQ and lead time, are typical reference ranges. A quotation, quantity, lead time, specification, test plan or document list is binding only when it has been confirmed in writing for the specific program, for example in a signed order or a written confirmation from the desk. Until then, any figure discussed by message, email or on this site is indicative and may change with material prices, plant capacity, mold status, printing and destination requirements.

Lidwell does not publish prices. Requests sent through the quote form are inquiries, not orders.

No representation of outcomes

The site does not promise any commercial result, such as sales volume, listing approval, marketplace performance or search ranking for products sourced through the desk. Statements about food contact are made per supplier declaration or test report for a named model and do not extend to other models, other materials or uses outside the supplier marking. Leak and microwave statements are qualified as stated on the relevant product pages and confirmed per order.

Use of site material

Text, drawings, cut sheets and images on this site belong to Lidwell or are used with permission. You may view and print them for your own sourcing work and share links to the pages. You may not copy them in bulk, republish them as your own or use them to imply that Lidwell endorses a product or company. Cut sheet drawings are reference drawings and are not production drawings for a mold.

Limitation and changes

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot exclude errors, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, Lidwell is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content that was not confirmed in writing for your program. Obligations for an order are set by the written terms of that order. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date it is published. Questions go to mark@fulveraglobal.com or the contact page.

Questions buyers ask

Q01Are the MOQ and lead times on the site binding?

No. They are typical reference ranges. Quantities, lead times, specifications and test plans become binding only when they are confirmed in writing for your specific program, for example in a signed order or a written confirmation from the desk.

Q02Is a quote form submission an order?

No. A submission through the quote form is an inquiry. The desk replies with matched models, reference sizes and questions; an order exists only when the terms are confirmed in writing by both sides.

Q03Can I rely on the site for compliance decisions?

The site gives general information on standards such as FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011. It is not legal or customs advice. Confirm the position for your product with your test lab, customs broker or counsel.

Q04Can I reuse drawings or text from the site?

You may view, print and link to pages for your own sourcing work. Copying content in bulk, republishing it as your own or using it to imply endorsement is not permitted. Drawings are reference drawings, not mold drawings.

Send the lines you need, target size or capacity, material, the quantity per item and your market. The desk replies in writing with matched plants, a cut sheet, food contact documents and the reference MOQ.
